Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To provide the best service to all our clients and maintain a reliable schedule, we have the following policies:
- Cancellations & Late Reschedules:
- We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
- Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 40% of the booked service price.
- Repeated Rescheduling:
- To ensure fair access for all clients, any client who continuously reschedules an appointment more than two times will no longer be eligible to pre-book future appointments, as we try to avoid uncertainty and keep our schedule reliable for all clients.
- This policy applies regardless of whether the changes were made within or outside the 48-hour window.
- Future Booking Eligibility:
- Clients affected by the policy above are welcome to check for last-minute availability by calling us on the day they wish to come in. Should we have a sudden opening, we would be happy to accommodate you at that time.
